Fabio Maffioli serves as the head of Outlier Ventures’s accelerator program called Base Camp, the globally renowned Web3 accelerator with a diverse portfolio of over 270 companies. In this key role, Fabio is responsible for overseeing the execution of Outlier Ventures' accelerator program, playing a crucial role in ongoing investments in top-tier Web3 enterprises. Simultaneously, he ensures the delivery of an unparalleled service to founders and partners.

Running a team of in-house Program Managers and Associates, Fabio directs the strategic vision and operational support for founders throughout the program, refining Outlier Ventures' accelerator program delivery and elevating the partner management strategy. Prior to Outlier Ventures, Fabio successfully led Facebook's accelerator program, shaping its strategy and managing EMEA Startup programs. His expertise also extends to his previous role as a Senior Program Manager at Techstars.
